Alaa Mohammad
Senior Occupational Therapist
Alaa holds a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from the Hashemite University of Jordan. Since 2009, she has worked as an Occupational Therapist in UAE in different settings. As an inclusive profession, occupational therapy maximizes health, well-being, and quality of life for all individuals, populations, and communities through effective evidence-based practices and interventions that facilitate participation in everyday living.
Alaa is a qualified HAAD licensed occupational therapist who joined Al Karamah in 2019 as part of the foundation team. She is a certified sensory integration therapist with a passion for providing a holistic therapy approach within the school and institute setting to the students with Autism Spectrum Conditions and empowering them to maximize their independence within the school and community.
Alaa enjoys going to the beach, listening to music, spending quality time with her family, and traveling when not working.
