Friendships and relationships are important, but to both develop and >maintain> them independently we may want to support young people to focus on these skills for the future:
- Be safe and enjoy the company of others
- Enjoy taking some risks and be safe
- Go out a lot, enjoy being active and taking part in activities
- Look forward to new people and new places
