Partners of Al Karamah Training Institute
Al Karamah Training Institute has connected with different industry partners to provide external work experiences, internships, and employment for our students. When forming partnerships, we consider our students' interests, motivations, and locality. All partnerships are agreed through our partnership with ADEK or through a memorandum of understanding (MOU). Within this MOU, a schedule details how the partnership will work to support our students. When AKTI forms a partnership, there is an exchange of expertise and resources. AKTI provides expertise in education, autism and procedures relating to the health and safety of the students, whilst the partner provides expertise and training in their industry area and work experience opportunities for the students. Prior to work experience taking place, the AKTI team provides autism training to support awareness of autism but also an understanding of the individual students they will be working with.
