Paul is a graduate of Wolverhampton University where he achieved a BA Hons and Masters in Education – Leadership and Management. Since 1996 he has worked as a teacher, Outreach Manager and Local Authority Advisor in a broad range of special and mainstream schools in the UK where his focus has always been on supporting the educational advancement of students with special educational needs and autism.

Paul has been a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Al Karamah School since it’s inception in 2018 and feels very proud to have been part of setting up the provision and helping it to grow into the special place it is today.
