Michelle Farr

Michelle has worked in Education for 25 years and has been a Principal in 2 other special schools before joining Al Karamah School. As well as holding a Psychology Degree and being a qualified teacher Michelle also completed her Masters Degree in Teaching and Learning with a focus on special education. She holds the National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership and prior to working in Education she worked in Human Resource Management. She also worked for Ofsted as a Lead Inspector.
