Tom has worked in education for over 25 years.  He has extensive experience of leading schools as a Headteacher, Executive Headteacher and international Principal.  Most recently, he worked as a Regional Director supporting 6 primaries and 1 nursery in the south-west of England before joining Al Karamah School .  Tom holds the NPQH and has lead leadership training both in the UK and internationally.  Tom joined the school in 2023 and is thoroughly enjoying working with the staff, students and parents at the school.
