Basma graduated from Heriot-Watt University with Postgraduate Certificate and Masters in Human Resources Management. Basma worked for more than 9 years with HR and Admin roles within an organisation which specialises in People of Determination.

Basma joined Al Karamah School in 2020 and leads the Human Resources and Administration department working to support the school with all matters relating to HR including identifying qualified and experienced employment candidates to join the staff team and teach and support our amazing students.
