Jasmine has worked in education for 20 years and has experience of being a Head Teacher and Principal in Autistic specific schools, residential provision, adult services, and coaching autistic adults in further education and their workplace. She has a masters in E-Inclusion, Learning Disability and Technology and a Master of Education Research. She is currently completing a PhD.
For the past 10 years Jasmine has been part of the National Autistic Society Autism Accreditation Programme that quality assures support and development for all those services to autistic people. Prior to taking up the post at as Academic Director at Al Karamah Training Institute, Jasmine offered coaching and consultancy services to schools and other organisations globally. She has presented on Autism and Coaching in Education at conferences around the world. Her areas of interest are developing a more equitable and inclusive society for autistic and other neurodivergent individuals and reducing stress to support wellbeing for autistic individuals, their families and support networks.
